Elaine Lyerly – President and CEO

Elaine has more than 30 years of experience in strategic marketing, advertising and public relations. She has led numerous research and planning teams, garnering information on everything from health and beauty aid products to tourism and transportation. She is an advocate of marketing-focused strategy that produces useable information to create results. Whether it’s gathering formal research for brand development or through in-depth conversations with clients and their team members, she strives to get at the inducements necessary to motivate and modify behavior that will meet our clients’ objectives.

Melia offers more than 30 years experience in advertising, marketing and public relations, and manages internal and financial operations of the agency. Melia is a numbers guru and fondly referred to as the "human calculator." As head of the media department, she develops media plans of high impact – and wise spending. For example, research of statistics and demographics for Lyerly’s US LEC client resulted in a smart media strategy which provided the client with a savings of 72% while sales soared 14% in one quarter. Nice numbers. Melia also supervises the production department and negotiates well so that clients enjoy high quality results at the most affordable prices.
